2. Description of Service

PDFjin provides online tools for document processing, including but not limited to conversion, merging, splitting, and AI-powered editing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to PDFjin. You agree not to use the service for:

• Uploading illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service infrastructure.

4. AI-Generated Content

Tools labeled "Premium" or "AI Studio" utilize large language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated output (summaries, rewrites, audits) may contain inaccuracies. User review is mandatory for all AI-generated results. PDFjin is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments for Pro and Premium tiers are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

PDFjin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
